Here is the facts

Cold Air Intake +1-3HP (Maybe On A Cold Day)
K&N Air Filter +1-2HP (Maybe On A Cold Day)
Under Drive Pulley 3+ HP (Better Acelleration Not Worth $$)
Turbo/Super Charger +50-More HP (Verry Expensive)

Your cheapest bang for the buck is Nitrous it has gotten a bad rap over the years mostly from retards and fast & the furious wanabe's. It's safe and will not tear your engine up if used responably but just like a hand gun if you abuse it it will hurt you but in this case it will hurt your engine.

4 Most common mistakes made from using nitrous

1. Incorrect bottle pressure
2. To large nitrous/fuel jet's
3. Not running 1-2 range colder spark plugs
4 Using computer chip that advances the ignition timing

Most 4cyl engines can handle a 50 shot, most 6cyl engines can handle 75 shot and V8's can handle 100-150 shot with an upgraded fuel system.

Good Luck.

Adding a K&N filter. Dont fall for the "Buy a new Intake Kit" trick. Most of those cheap intake kits have a look-alike filter on it that isn't even high flow, or maybe too-high-flow. You can't force 10lbs of crap into a 2lb jar. Your car's throttle opening can only take so much air anyway. Unless, you plan on getting a turbo or supercharger, just get a new filter for now.

You could by a tranny kit for it...it would help your take offs be a little faster. they are around 60 dollars...so i've heard...or for a lil more than 200 dollars you could add a cold air intake.

Wind, a sail, preferably a large one, and for best results, point your car down a hill.
