Yahoo Answers has been hacked - look at all the new accounts, opened with grey smiley face icons . . . then try to contact Yahoo by email or using the abuse button. This hacker is very fast, and very good- better than the Edna project (which was just the tip of this workers' stuff).
I'm tired of the proliferation of porno, obscenity, racism, etc that has just exloded at the site in the past week . . . this is my way of fighting back. I think Yahoo Answers will have to close, to get rid of this vermin, and I think this is the hacker's goal.

That is the core of my message - wherever you see it posted, in a question/answer.

hEY MARTINA....you have an excellent point - how does anyone know who anyone else is? I'm not religious, but try this on --- 'by their fruits, you shall know them'. . . go to my home page (click my icon) - click on my list of 'best answers' --- I believe that the content and material contained there will 'show' you who I am . . . I know what you mean and I have seen a difference too. I just thought it was all the kids bored with summer and need to return to school.

I report every one of them. I told Yahoo I have been reporting more abusers than I have spent answering or asking questions.
I get nasty emails back from the ones I report, I don't care. That doesn't bother me. I refuse to look at all that smut. Why don't they just go to a porno site where they are welcome?

Here is my concern. How do we know WHO you are? You see, it becomes more of a game, if you will. HOW do you expect anyone to trust you? I have come across some weird things on this site.

I have also never heard of your profession. I am not calling you a liar, but it is something out of the ordinary, wouldn't you say?

How can you tell all those people are asking and answering their own questions? Do people do it because they are bored? I don't get the point?

Thank you for the input. I have been noticing that as well, however I have not been on the sight long so I am not sure what is normal or not. I follow your questions because I have caught the underlying meaning. I hope someone figures this out, what a mess!

What's wrong with the gray smiley faces? Until you get around to getting an avatar that is what you are stuck with. I had to help my daughter get an avatar. She didn't already have one because her main email is hotmail, not Yahoo.

Sure it would be fun to swing with a star just so I could say I did that. Where?...I don't care. Who...will maybe that guy that plays Dr. House or maybe Eric Clapton or Bob Dylan ...
