float bowl on bottom of carb usually with a nut or bolt to unscrew then pull bowl off and the float should drop down and you will see the needle valve clean with carb cleaner and put back together. is the choke sticking?

It is in the carburettor.

Best thing will be to dismantle the carb, wash it with gasoline, as some dirt may have accumulated and blocked the orifices and all. So wash it with gas and remove all the dirt.

Again check the orifices (hole) of the jets carefulle, and make sure that it is not clogged. If clogged, get it cleared.

Also, check and tweak the needle settings, changing it one slot down and see whether you get a satisfactory acceleration and performance.

These steps should help you.

Good luck and ride hard, ride safe.

check and make sure the choke is open,or in the run position. If it is that get the back tire off the ground so that it will turn try too get the engin speed to wide open throtle and close ths choke this will help clear the jet in the carb.or any water that may be in the carb you may do this 2or3 times if that don`t work take it to a good shop and have the carb rebuilt..looked at you 360 its cool here in Mo.tonight around 65deg.
