the ajmer you are looking for could be also 305 001 (that is in the district of ajmer) or 302 006(this is ajmer road in the district of jaipur)

It is difficult to tell, I don't think you have the entire address and it seems like many different cities/districts in the state of rajasthan. Indian Postal Department site provide details of PIN Code which actually is Postal Index Number

But as you rightly said Jaipur, Ajmer are big cities and are having more than 1 PIN. For example Jaipur is having more than 20.
