I don't hate anyone. However, I do hang with a few shallow and vain people. So, I would wish that external beauty always reflected internal beauty/ actions.
So I could be stunning and gorgeous while helping at the retirement community, but if I laughed at a drowning duck on the way home, then I'd slightly get uglier ... or if I told someone they were a looser, then I'd get huge zits ...
The rest of the society too would suffer from this too ... causing people who want to be beautiful to think and act beautiful. War mongrels like Saddam Hussein would look and smell worse than "Jaba - the - Hut" (Star-wars) ... and people would instantly understand that he's bad, and they would want to stay away from him until he realized that beauty comes from within.

Wow. Um, if I HAD to torture someone, I guess I'd use a lot of medieval devices! I'd probably pull them limb-to-limb via The Rack, gouge out their eyes, cut off any genetalia, then either behead them via axe or guillotine, or maybe just drown them. What a horrible way to die! Anyway, I wouldn't ever want to be in a situation where I'd HAVE to torture someone. I'd rather just kill them flat-out. lol ;-) Fun and interesting question!
