Take the natural log of both sides.
ln(2^x) = ln(129667)
x ln(2) = ln(129667)
x = ln(129667)/ln(2)
Now use your calculator.
x = 16.984451837649

Take the logarithm to the base two of 129667. If your calculator doesn't have log-to-the-base-two key, then take the common log of 129667 and divide that by the common log of 2. That should be your answer.
