Okay 1 mil would make my day first of all. I would be so excited when I found the money. I would talk to all my friends and ask what they would do with the money. Than I would list a ad in the local paper asking if someone had lost something in the area around that time so I wouldn't be carrying any guilt. If no one claims it I would take care of all my debts so I would not have any outrageous debt. Put at least $2,000 in the bank any donate the rest to a battered men's shelter because the worlds seems to believe that men don't get abused.

honestly, i would take it home, keep my mouth shut about it, look on and in the bag for any type of identification, count it, hide it, call the police and ask if anyone had called regarding losing a bag with a large sum of money, if not, then i would put an ad in the paper stating that a bag was found with with some money in it, and state the owner must identify over the phone what ht ebag looked like, any identifying marks on it, and how much cash was inside. then if after a week, and noone can properly identify it, then i would go shopping.

This almost happened to me, when I got home reports of a bank robbery were on the news and over 1 mill had been dumped in the escape, if I had walked down my usual street rather than the new way I would have been there at exactly the right time. I decided that I would have stashed it in the attic then slowly put it in bank accounts all over. Next life!

I would be tremendously happy. THen I would:
1. Check for the explosive trip wire that's booby-trapping the bag. That always happens in movies.
2. Look carefully around for the drug dealers or bad folk who left it behind.
3. Grab the bag and run for it, cackling very quietly and inconspicuously to myself and taking the long hidden trails on the side roads.
4. Try to spend a smaller bill to see if they set off any alarms.

Look inside to see if there an ID inside. If you see no ID call an Attorney and get legal advice. I personally would not take to police station quite often things are missing at police stations. I would be honest through legal authority.

honestly? (it wud have to be 1m pounds, its worth more than dollers by the way hehe) I think sadly I would probly keep it, not without panicing and getting all guilty.but if theyre was some appeal in the media I would end up handing it in unless ofcourse it belonged to some criminal which in my view would be moraly legitimate to keep it haha!

Hopefully, my Christian morals would make me do the right thing and report it to the authorities so they could find out what happened.
If I chose to keep it, which is what I would WANT to do, I thnk the guilt would get to me especially if I saw something on the news about it.

I'd be honest i'd take out a sizeable reward for myself then turn it in after all if it isn't claimed it's yours and if it is maybe the guy that lost it would forget the reward part .plus if it goes unclaimed you'll never see the amount you turned in to many dishonest people handle it

I would have a long discussion with my self about my moral well being, then pick up the bag and grab some lunch.
