Who knows since so many middle class workers and their families have been hooked with cheap 'hillbilly heroin'. Charges or prosecution is punishment like a death sentence for anyone hooked. Its not a solution if thats what you're looking for. Its hard to believe but the solution is more toward compassion and belief in a higher power than the sheriff. Research beyond Yahoo to get some real information about the complex needs of this mother.

Go to the Child Protective Services (or its equivalent nearby) and talk with a representative there. You and your husband need to look after those children the best you can. Obviously this meth-addicted woman needs to get into rehab and get her act straight. Kids cannot be around this poison. They need a stable homelife. Likewise, your husband needs to keep his priorities straight (meaning: no more kids with this woman, either.)

Our hearts are with you. This is a tough situation. Hope you can make a difference for these kids.

A) You'll lose your child. Because to be honest, it shouldn't have a mother who's on Meth.

B) Probably you'll be placed in a rehab center. You should take advantage of it.

To be honest, if you really, really care about your child, you should give it up. It shouldn't have a mother that can't make decent life decisions.

Please talk to a social worker. You may be able to get her charged under a general child endangerment law.

It's good you're looking out for the kids! Very sad the child's own mother doesn't care.

I don't know but as far as I'm concerned, she should have no rights to her children at all!
