plz help me.?

Question

every time i try to go onto runescape.com and load my file my browser closes. can anyone tell me what is wrong with it and how to fix it plz and thank you

its firefox and i tried all of what you said but it still doent work

It would help if you told us what your browser is:

Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL (Internet Explorer), Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, Conquerer, etc.

Do the usual computer maintanance -

Reboot
Clean out the junk ... saved files, browser caches, temporary files.
Back up what you want to keep onto a CD / DVD and take it off your computer.
Scan your computer for viruses and spyware.
Defrag your hard drives.
Add more RAM to your computer if you can
Try a different browser - I like both Firefox and Opera. I like Firefox best, though.
