This question below has been posted for 8 hours and no one has answered it. I could not find a category for being ripped off by a company. I know everyone in Polls & Surveys are dedicated to this category. But, can you help me out with this problem?

I seen that my details aren't very clear on the question. I also wanted to hear other stories of being ripped off and how to close this business.

That's really odd. I never heard of that company before. I would not wait for any deposit to come back. If you paid cash they should give the money right back to you or at least write you a check while your standing there. You may want to try to go back and get a bit more demanding with them

Ask questions. If you are not comfortable with the answer, simply
don't agree and move on.
