I mean, can't blame you, the party is so far right nowadays it doesn't even resemble the republican party of just 30 years ago!

I am a former Republican. But I didn't "switch," I just stopped voting. I stopped voting because Bush asked the federal courts for the injunction to stop the re-counts in Florida as well as the fact that the Supreme Dictators granted his request.

All of the Supreme Court Justices for the last 35 years have been corrupted by their power. So I don't vote. They take away from me the reason for voting.

Actually it's the democrats that have switched parties. When the commies and freaks took over the Democrat Party, the real people left.

All that leaves in the Democrat Party is a bunch of weirdo freaks and male sissies.

You got a former Democrat. I switched back in the 60's because I didn't like their support of government give-aways.

I used to be a Liberal, but then I grew up and realized the world is not a very nice place. There can be no peace when people exist solely to end our way of life. When the threat to our country is gone, I will probably once again become Liberal. When will that be? Probably not in my life time.

Not me! I've been one since I could vote and wouldn't change especially in this environment where Democrats are so far left that many of THEM are becoming Republicans. Can't blame them, either.
