Love is defined by Dictionary.com as "A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person" but it is so much more than that. Love is the indescribable passion that can blind a man's wits and ignite hearts. Love is the favored intoxicant of the soul, for while power and lust can be equally as potent; neither is as noble or captures the truth of the human condition like the drink that is love.

love is caused by different neurotrasmitters released in your brain. There's a reason why when people fall for eachother they call it good chemistry. Lust is marked by testosterone, the infatuation butterfly thing is an elevated release of norepinephrine, Phenylethylamine and dopapine are responsible for the "being in love high" and serotonin and oxytocin plat a role in long term comitment. You almost wonder if the divorce rate might correlate to all the anti depressents and psych meds that doctors hand out like candy, because many of them screw with the release and uptake of those very same neurotransmitters. Is love real?? Think about it, where did we learn about proper love? Films, and hear say. If we hadn't seen films on how true love is, would we know it was there? Not love between family I mean Moulin Rouge love!! I think someone years and years ago was over dramatic one night (prob drunk, you love everyone drunk) and it caught on from there. Passed on down generations to now...Where people read too much into everything. We evolved from animals, we prob weren't meant to talk and walk, never mind experience the ultimate love...But I'm only sayin..
