No, you can not burn fat or lose weight in this manner. You can choose to eat items that are lower in fat and exercise.
Proper nutrition and exercise incorporating cardio training (which is a fat burner) and additional weight training is the key to maintaining a healthy and fit body.
You can not spot reduce a particular area of your body with eating a certain type of food.
Your body can be holding on to water as well in this area & not properly relieveing yourself if you are not eating the right foods.
If you eat whole grains and whole foods you will find your body will eliminate that as well in the bathroom.

There's absolutely no specific food that will burn fat - foods don't burn fat. If you want to lose fat from your stomach, do crunches/sit-ups and do some cardio like running to lose weight all around. You can't really choose which part of your body to lose weight from but the crunches willl strengthen your muscles in that area and also raise your metabolism so that you burn calories faster.

contrary to popular belief, neither foods nor part specific workouts will burn more fat. If you want to lose fat in your stomach, you have to either eat 3,500 calories less than normal, or burn off 3,500 calories more than normal through exercise. Doing crunches or other ab exercises will not be more effective at burning fat than say running.
The best ways to burn calories by exercising are jogging(10 1/2 mph) and running (5 1/2 mph).

Beans, beans, are good for your heart, the more you consume the more you... lose bodyweight actually. Super-effective and full connected with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow down the rate at which the stomach empties, meaning you keep fuller for longer.

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abdominals and your core, and provide one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.
