Hmmmm ....
happiness is balance, if one were always in a state
of happiness then there wouldn't be a need for change,
the cost of never ending happiness would depend on
all the external circumstances and internal unfolding
of expressing the feeling from external influences,
so the cost of never ending happiness is to
never be out of balance with ourselves &
to lose imagination,
what we feel is a reality for us is not an obstacle,
imagination can keep one from never ending happiness, because we are always searching within the imagination for a way to express
a creative force to manifest happiness from within .....
Yet after one creates a way to be happy, the happiness
dissipates in every direction and happiness is diluted
and we begin again from our imagination, so the key
to never ending happiness is balance at the cost of
our imagination, for if we were always happy perhaps we
wouldn't need the imagination for us to reach into
for discovery of finding happiness .....
Its just a thought .....

Sometimes, "the best things in life are free." Stop and reflect on things that bring you pleasure, like a childs smile, the beauty of a rainbow, kittens playing, a glorious star filled sky, etc.

The price of a pin and paper. Keep a gratitude journal. Those who pause each day to reflect on some positive aspect of their lives (their health, friends, family, freedom, education, senses, natural surroundings, and so on) experience heightened well-being.
