Several ways.
1. try those wind flowers. You know the tacky looking ones that spin round and round when the wind is blowing. This causes vibrations in the ground and they don't like that. Caster bean plants will do the same but get really big. You probably don't want them in your garden.
2. Cats love them. Never had a problem with moles while we had a cat.
3. You can buy poison at WAL-MART just for this. It comes in a cone shaped container that you cut the tip off and push into the ground. Whatever is in there they eat and die.

I know this sounds cruel, but you should pour generous amounts of liquid bleach in the holes where the moles seem to reside
Believe me, works every time !!!

If you know where the holes are, drop 2 pieces of bubble gum in each. Don't try Bill Murrays cure on Caddyshack.

You can buy cages for animals and release them somewhere else. It is not expensive.
