Your friend needs to go and see a doctor to take a look at the problem. There's no way to determine what your friend has from your description.

Here's what it isn't though.

A) Flu, or flu like symptoms. You can drink a bit of water when ill without throwing up.

B) Gall Bladder. If it was the gall bladder, your friend would be screaming from the pain and you'd probably have included it in your description.

C) Preggers: It's possible for you to throw up all the time when pregnant, however, taking water usually doesn't cause this. So I'm doubtful of this.

Heres what it COULD be.

A) Food poisoning: If you have a food born illness, your body will eject anything that goes into your stomach. This is because such items will feed the infection. Not all food poisoning has the person knocked out for a week. Something to look into.

B) Ulcer: Ulcers are odd and can create varied responses in people. The liquid or food that is being eaten can get into the wound causing the reaction.

dogs shiver for here motives a million. chilly 2. worry 3. soreness 4. something neurological no longer unavoidably in that order. if your dogs is likewise hunched up, i could propose he has soreness, from something. and much greater as he's vomited, i could propose he has a tummy disenchanted - whether extreme or no longer, is basically to your vet to tell you. He could shake it off, yet on the different hand, if I mentioned bypass away it, and he gets worse, .......... take him to the vet - all i can right propose.

Gall Bladder, Person is full of it who thinks that there is sever pain in Gall Bladder disease, My Dad almost died from a ruptured Gall Bladder and he didn't have pain, and as far as food poisoning goes, there is severe stomach pain with that, I know I've been poisoned 3 times
