Maybe I'm coming from the wrong direction, but here goes.
Answer No. I know a kid who was abused terrible until put into foster care when he was two. He never learned how truly love anyone, he tried when he came to the family and he does in a way, but he knew how to hate too well. For most people love is a dominant emotion. For some hate just comes easier.

Of course not...there are a couple of folks I literally hate, and have never felt a smidgen bit of love for them ever.
