Okay, I'm not a Bengals fan, but why are the Police arresting Eric Steinbach for "Boating under the Influence?"
The Bengals do have a lot of idiots on their team, though.

Because a DUI is not limited to cars. Any motor vehicle is subject to DUI laws. This includes boats and motorcycles.
I think it'd be a little ridiculous to stop somebody for boating under the influence if he's on a row boat, but otherwise fair is fair.

yes they should, have you ever seen how stupid drunk idiots can be in a boat on open water, sometimes they are more dangerous than the ones jumping in a car.

When you drink and drive a boat your just as a hazard to people as if you do it in a car, Drinking and driving anything can be deadly

Yes, they should, alot of drunk accidents happen on the water as well as roads.
