You should see your doctor, because you might have some issues with pigmentation, and he can give you corrective cream to fix that ..
You should try drinking more water so your skin is hydrated,
Use a moisturiser with Vitamin E cream, as vitamin E has healing power's for scar's and mark's etc,
If you go out in the sun put on some sunscreen so you don't irritate the area, you may also want to try to mash half a cucumber and advocado and leave on the skin, It should relieve some redness temporarily,
Your best bet is seing your doc,

There are a lot of products for sensitive skin out there today. I would exclusively use these products and make sure you don't use anything with alcohol in it, like astringent.

Dead Sea Mud Soap is GREAT for sensitive skin. You can buy it on ebay.

For some people, spices or caffeine cause redness, so avoid.

Of course, avoid the sun.

Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser. My skin gets angry and this is very soothing and calming. $5-$6, I got it at Walgreen's.

try using health and body lotion or mix baking soda in ur body wash
