Pharaoh's Pheast at Luxor. But BBQ near the tiny lake (or in the deep forest, or with mountain view, etc.) much better.

I live here and the absolute best buffet for the money is the buffett at The Cannery Resort and Hotel in North Las Vegas. Hands Down!! If you are looking for something in the strip, I would definatly recommend the Bellagio's buffet. Nice price, good food! Try it on a Sunday morning!

This is the large buffet in Las Vegas. It does not have the quality the Bellagio Buffet has, but is good. Waiting in line wasn't too bad. There was a huge selection of everything, and on Sundays, a champagne brunch. The food is good here. I like being able to walk up and get my own drink here. You can eat till your heart's content.
I like the statue of the knight on his horse as you start the walk through the food line.

Bally's Sterling Brunch on Sunday rocks. Make certain you have reservations and get the STERLING BRUNCH, not the regular crappy buffet brunch. Chef Wayne rocks. He has some awesome signature dishes. There is always a big vat of caviar, tons of oysters, clams, big shrimp, sushi, lamp chops, prime rib and the best crepes I ever had. I am not a big dessert fan, but they rock, too. It is a bit pricey, just over $50 now, but well worth it. Oh, they pour awesome champagne, too. I used to go there all the time and had a couple buddies, who refused to pay that much for brunch. Finally, I told them we are going and if they did not think it was worth it, I would pay. After we arrived, they asked me why we hadn't gone sooner....it is that good! Enjoy the food and the service. It is impeccable!!!

My friend who's a Vegas local SWEARS by the Mirage buffet. I like Mandalay Bay's Sunday Brunch buffet.
Circus Circus's dinner buffet is good too, and reasonably priced. Excalibur's is supposedly the *best* in the city - I liked that one as well.
