Flapping noise? Thats a new one on me, maybe a tire belt going bad? Try properly rotating your tires and see if the noise moves before you let them rob you.

where is the noise coming from if it is under the car it could be u joints crawl under the car and try to shake the driveshaft if it moves you need u joints they are saying tire well it is possable but unlikely if you hear this noise when you put the car into gear or into park it will make like a small clanking noise more when you go into drive if so then it is the u joints if it was the tire you will feel it and it will be a thump not a flap it is not alot involved in this but it can be a rough job without the right tools

NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) concerns are sometimes a pain. Is the noise speed related (does the noise get faster with vehical speed) or is it just random noise like something loose? A tire issue could be the case too. Its going to be a process of ellimination. You may be describing the noise wrong also, a flapping noise could be a loose mudflap or even a grocery bag stuck underneath the vehical. Give a good visual inspection for anything loose.
