I am still receiving check from wal-mart saying i have stock but i can't find them> will somebody help?

Wal-Mart's stock transfer agent is Computershare, formerly called EquiServe. You can call them at (800) 438-6278 or visit their website at www.equiserve.com. They should be able to help you.
