duh ... kiddo ... lol ... its very normal ... many guyz hav their balls uneven ... that is they might be one big one small ... it is very normal ... it is actually nothing at all ... and surely u dont hav an STD only caz ur one ball is bigger than the other ... if u hav any STD the outcome will effect ur normal life so u will know that u r sick ... if u hav any more doubts in ur mind then go and check a doctor ... by the way women hav a same problem too ... their breasts are most of the time uneven ... its so natural nothing to worry about actually ... ;)

Don't worry. It's normal. Draw an imaginary line down the middle of your body between your eyes. You'll notice that the mirror image is not perfect. Eyes, ears, arms, hands, legs, feet are not all the exact same size or shape.
Same goes for cajones. You need only worry if there is a mass in one of them, pain, etc. If one's a golf ball and the other is a marble, then you should see a Quack. Doesn't mean its dangerous though.
Look at women on the street, and you'll see that all have different sized boobs as well. Its the same thing.
Don't sweat it.

According to others...if we really examine each boy's balls. Two balls are not in same size. Though it looks like but closely it is not really identical. Maybe your one ball has just big difference compare to your one. But it doesnt mean that may have as STD not unless yoo practiced unsafe sex..did you? that's the big possibility if you really had. Now don't you worry about the size of your balls. Its normal, but better consult anatomist or any doctors specialized for human body or sexual organ.

It is very normal to have one testicle larger than the other one. The size of both should not change much at all after puberty. The larger one also hangs slightly lower than the smaller one.
If one or both grow in size over a short period - go see a doctor immediately. A healthy male should never have “elephantizez of the nuts”.

The left testicle is a little larger and hangs lower than the right. One reason is that there is more pressure from blood going back up from the testicle due to the different route the vessels take from the different testicles. (The column pressure is higher for the left testicle.)
If there is a massive difference in the size or any pain, you should go to your doctor immediately because testicular problems are considered a medical emergency.

I think one ball looks bigger than the other because one is supposed to hang slightly higher than the other, probably making it look smaller to you.

That's very normal,every female has one breast that's larger than the other men have one foot larger than the other and so do females although it's not completely noticeable.Everyone male or female has one leg longer than the other and so on and so on.

Ummmm....I don't think you have an STD. Boys normally have one ball that is bigger than the other, so don't panic.
