How do you know beforehand, what to watch?

yes I do, I keep reasonably low expectations and am not expecting to be blown away with every movie since I usually see at least 1 a week.
I go for shows that seem interesting to me. for movies I'm really looking forward to I don't watch trailers,commercials,anything because they regularly give away way too much. I find its best to watch something with a fresh mind where you don't know what to expect.

before i usually go to see a movie, i try to look at who is in the film and watch the trailer to see if it's any good. i especially like to see films that grab your attention and have you leaving the theatre amazed by the movie, and i also like movies that send a powerful message.

yes i end up liking them,but sometimes it's tricky the previews always look good but sometimes the movie can be garbage like DareDevil or anything with jennifer lopez
