Comparing a mythical text written by a self-interested party with the homicide of the decendents of those persons is absurd. That is so far beyond comparing apples and oranges!
Maybe I can put my point another way. Let's say I am a Texan. I then move from Texas to Hawaii. I write a book that has a character who is the "Lord of the Universe". In the story, this "Lord" grants to me the land of Hawaii- declaring me and my family as Hawaii's chosen people.
That is obviously a fabricated, mythical land grant. There is no legal deed to Hawaii that I could should that would hold up in any court of law. There are no witnesses but my family members who swear upon the story that it is true (forget for a moment how circular that is).
The holocaust did occur.....the millions of deceased Jewish people prove this. Doubting genocide in no way logically follows or is comparable to doubting a swindle!
