My parents both became citizens of the U.S. a couple years back. That means that I am also an American Citizen. I was wondering if anybody here knows how or were I can apply for a Certificate of Citizenship.

Were you in the USA and were you included in their application for naturalization, or in the alternative were you born in the USA or after your parent(s) was(were) naturalized?

In any of those cases you are a citizen; otherwise you will probably have to submit a petition for naturalization. Be sure to do that; but find out your status from an independent professional (lawyer or charity or immigrant advisory service) before you contact government officials as there are many traps for the unwary. You don't want to come to their attention inadvertently if your status is questionable and, for example, you have a police history, IRS problem, etc.
