iv been getting a lot of pain in my knee which has now started in my hip aswell i went to the doctors and he said he could find nothing wrong i asked to have them xrayed and he said it would show nothing because my bones look ok can any one help with this and give any idea what it could be please.

Some sort of Rheumatisium. I have Arthritis, it begun with a viris and effected my joints. I was told it wa sin my head and then I was diagnoised..... It does not always show up. Have a blood test from your GP and visiti www.arc.org.uk for free info and advise. Hope this helps and you feel better. Have hot baths, showers and rest! Claire x

I think you should go back to the doctor and complain again. He just might send you for some tests. I think you should insist that you have tests and remind your doctor that pain the the bodies way of telling you something is wrong.

How old are you? I started getting achey around 30, the pain in your hip might be from walking funny trying to deal with the pain in your knee.
I would see a different doctor though, they should look into it a bit

well im no doctor but i know of a few people that have had the same problems and they were told it was sciatica

mention that to your GP maybe they over looked that i dont know how old you are but it is not common in young people even though it does affect the odd few

good luck i hope its not anything bad and it just passes xx

have you been tested for anemia?
all my bones and joints hurt, and i'm on iron pills now.
but i thought if i rested them, i'd feel better, but i just kept getting worse.
then i read that exercise helps, and i went back to the gym, and i'm a new person.
have them check you for arthritis, thyroids, and anemia.
in the meantime, repeat after me....motrin is God.

Go see an osteopathic doctor (instead of MD it says DO behind their name) and make sure he does manipulations. He/She can help you!

Ask to see an actual BONE doctor geez... he can't see your bones...
