Sperm is best for female flesh.
Actually using just water is best. Avoid all the toxins that are in even the "natural" products. Read the 3 main books by Dr. Herbert Shelton on Natural hygiene. There are sections on caring for your skin to include the face. Check out the International Natural Hygiene Society on line and join there free on line group and ask them the facial question.

Somewhere out there I heard that using white sugar and a tad of orange juice to make a paste was a great natural exfoliater and the vitamin C of the orange made your skin glow. I've always wanted to try... but haven't had the time.

Mayonnaise for 15 minutes...but be careful not to get it too close to your eyes. When I tried this (in front of my daughter and her new friend...just to cause embarassment) my eyes burned. But I had just read about it in a magazine that day. Also put syrup on my hair at the same time to fix split ends.

Let an egg get room temp, then use only the yolk. Your skin will be SO SOFT! Apply it and let it dry like you would a face mask. Rinse wel.

Dead Sea cleanser, the finest microdermabrasion you can find, Dead Sea Mask & moisturizer.
I love almost all the brands. Do not buy at the mall, buy them on eBay where they are 1/10th of the price.
