It's Perfect Elaine as the VP would carry the female vote. Also coming from the Secretary of Labor position many Blues would think she was pro working class.
Jeb carries the Dynasty and Elaine hooks all the swing votes.

Even if Jeb Bush is a legitimately good candidate, I think that he should wait it out. George W. Bush's ratings are at an all time low, and if people see another "Bush" on the ballot come the next presidential election, there is going to be a negative association. He should certainly wait. It would be nice to see a female vice president, but I don't know enough about Elaine Chow to determine if she is someone I'd vote along for.
BTW, I'm more Democrat than Republican, but I think anyone deserves a fair shot if they share my views. And I'm NOT a G.W. Bush fan in ANY way.

Yes, I do have a comment. I think a Bush-Chow ticket would almost guarantee a Democrat win (unless the Dems put Hillary up for President). The Democrats would absolutely love to see that ticket. Also, does the thought of a possible "President Chow" not give you the willies? Yikes!

And don't think women will automatically vote for another woman. Most of them have brains (just like men!).

Okay, I just gotta jump in and say that I don't vote for females just because I'm female.
I vote for the best candidate.
I'd really like to say that this combo couldn't possibly be the best candidates, but the Democratic party really doesn't seem to be coming up with any alternatives.
I'm looking forward to getting rid of Dubya, but I'm honestly not very excited about what's next.
