I am just curious as to what people consider beautiful. I stopped wearing makeup a long time ago. I feel that it is utterly pointless to perform the tedious task of applying unknown chemicals to my face. I think that the expectations that the media and society have about beauty are degrading. The media makes it seem that you’re only beautiful if you look like the people on television. For the most part, the people on television are fake. They are airbrushed and plastic. I think that everyone in the world is beautiful. No one can say that another person is ugly, because somewhere in the world, someone thinks that that person is beautiful. And if it isn’t outside beauty, it’s inside beauty. No one ever said that people with beautiful faces have beautiful hearts. Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer my question.

What ever you're comfortable with ... keep repeating!!!

After reading your views ... you're seeing beauty as an "Object" being marketed on Television, Magazines, and other Media outlets. This beauty is fierce competitive. Existing beautiful people tear each others Ego's and Self-Esteem apart to become the alpha-beauty. Interestingly, the more natural beauty you have the more enslaved you get to enhancing this beauty and desensitizing yourself to the beauty within. I guess that's why so many young girls now face stuff like anorexia, and bulimia ... they are foregoing their inner beauty for outer beauty ... causing a hole in their soul and personality.

OK, there are some very wonderful people who are beautiful on the inside and outside ... but they are always temped and seduced by the corruption of people who want to make money from their beauty.

Beauty is there when you're young but when you get older if you don't have the inner beauty you'll be all alone. behind close doors, when the room is dark, your partner will not be able to see your outside beauty, its your personality that would shine. Outside beauty is only the first layer of many many layers, the core is what counts!
