Get a baby tooth brush (the one that fits over your finger) and use it twice daily. Also, give him a little water after he eats or takes a bottle. This will help. Also do not let him fall asleep with a bottle in the bed at night. That milk will stay in his mouth the entire night and will not smell good in the morning. Plus this is a bad habit that could rot his teeth when he is older.

If none of this helps, see your pediatrician. They are there to help and know all about worried mothers :)

Thrush is raised white dots about the size of pencil dots. A larger white spot on the tongue is usually a milk stain. Sometimes you have both--a white stain with raised white dots on top of it. If there are white dots on the gums or inside of the cheeks, or if baby has shiny saliva, it is almost certainly thrush. Both you and baby need to be treated at the same time--it if highly contagious (via breastfeeding and otherwise), so if he has it, you probably do too.

Yes you are a new mommy that worries to much but we ALL go through it!! =)
I would say that he might have acid in his stomach. Maybe talk to your doctor about acid reflux or possible indigestion problems..

Don't worry about wiping his mouth out or brushing/scraping his mouth.. It problem isn't a problem in his mouth - more then likely a stomach problem instead..

Take your finger and wipe it across his tongue. If the white stuff wipes off, it's just milk and no worries. If it does NOT wipe off then it's thrush.

when my baby was 1-3 months, he used to have white stuff on his tongue after i fed him. that white stuff is just left over milk. my doctor gave me a prescription for the white stuff, but he said only get it if my baby's WHOLE mouth is white. so ask your doctor if you need a prescription. the white tongue is normal you dont really have to do anything about it because it will go away on its own.
