around where i live you bet i do --only the right thing to do ---never know you may be the next one out there needing a lil help.

Well, since I don't know much about cars, I usually cannot actually help them, but I do stop and offer to call for help for them if they don't have a cell phone.
I do know how to change a tire, and I have stopped and helped other women who were having trouble with that. I met a woman once who didn't know you need to jack the car up first :)
If the stranded person is a man, I usually don't get out of my vehicle. I just offer to call for help; there are too many weirdos out there.
All of this changes, naturally, if my husband is with me. He actually knows about cars, so he can sometimes fix the problem, or at least make it so they can get to the next service station or pay phone.

Once in awhile.....I look to see if the hood is up.....I mainly stop to see if they run out of gas or a flat tire. Those are simple fixes. When the hood is up?....if I see some official cars around (State Police/Sheriff)....I let them know whats going on. About all you can do.

Normally, no, it may not be safe for a woman to but I've stopped for a couple older ladies who were by themselves in areas where theres not a lot of traffic just to let them use my phone and get help

It depends on where and when. Theres a simple formula
Breast Size X Leg Length / skirt length.
If the number is higher than 100 you should stop
unless...Bratty kids are screaming.
If this happens run.....fast......very fast......get away....

You can get seriously hurt doing that! Even it it's a little old lady in a well lit, high traffic area you need to watch your back if her 'partner' is hiding nearby.
That's life in the 00s, I guess...

Dont if they ask 4 help. That means they have a plan. If you have a feeling that u should then do it, it could be god telling u 2.

I offer them the use of my cell phone. Too risky for a woman to do anything else.

I would, except my parents tell me that because I am a girl, I cant do that. I might get raped or somthing worst. I alwayse feel bad for them though.
