There are two general ways to achieve orgasms. Alone and with a partner. If you practice having orgasms alone, it will be easier and better with your partner.

Alone, you just touch yourself in ways that make you feel good and you continue until you peak. Generally start away from your sexual organs and touch and rub your self slowly working your way toward your sexual organs moving toward and away using multiple touching and rubbing techniques all designed to make your skin feel good. It helps to remember good sexual experiences and fantasize about them and fantasize about desired sexual activities while you do this. As you make your way toward your sexual organs, in order to achieve the peak, you need to eventually rub your clitoris. It is a small nub or bump near the top of the opening of your vagina. Start at the inside of your vagina and rub upward toward your navel and as you stay on the center line of your body, you will rub across the clitoris. If you are aroused a little you may feel the sensation in your clitoris more than in your finger when you reach it. Spend time finding out how fast or slow, how hard or soft, which motions, up and down, side to side, circular or other patterns you like.

You will start to feel the clitoris tingle and the tingling will grow until your vagina pulses with waves of tingling pleasure. Some describe it as a pleasurable urination feeling, but the sensation is not restricted to your urethral area. It radiates outward from your vagina and clitoris to many reaches of your body.

Better orgasms can be achieved by starting slow and keeping a slow pace throughout the whole arousal process. Especially during the time immediately before you orgasm, if you can slow and approach the peak and then settle down to delay the explosion and approach and then settle back, when you finally release, it is more intense because there is a longer build up. It is difficult because the sensation is so pleasurable, it is hard to settle back some, but believe me, if you do, you will be rewarded.

The other scenario, where you are attempting to have better orgasms with your partner is different in that it is not only you that is performing the foreplay, but a combination of you and your partner. Communicate what you learn in your solo sessions to your partner and ask him/her to perform those things you learn -- on you. If your partner is a man, it is important that he focus on your for the first half of the session. If he can focus on foreplay designed to arouse you long enough, then there will be a better pay off for you. Men achieve orgasm quicker and easier than women, so men need to delay their arousal until later when the woman is aroused enough to be able to peak just before or after his orgasm.

This is important because men are quickly put off from sex immediately after they peak. This non-sexual feeling period for men can last a few moments and may require several hours for him to be able to achieve another peak and he may not be interested in finishing the sexual encounter to help a woman achieve her orgasm after he has his. It isn't only a selfish action on a man's part, it is a physiological fact that men have a very low sexual desire right after they orgasm.

It is best if he can delay having an orgasm until after the woman does because women can continue and have multiple orgasms quicker and it is easier for them to continue the sexual encounter after they have their orgasm, helping a man to complete his peak afterwards.

Good luck on your quest and remember to use protection to prevent the spread of disease and unwanted pregnancy.
