Matter of taste. In the front you get the thrill of breaking the horizon and dangling over the abyss. In the back you get the quickest "snap" over the top.

Well, depends on the kind of thrill you're looking for. The middle is the "safest" and less jaring, but you can't see anything that's coming, so it's more of a surprise. The back you get jerked around, but sometimes it's more fun, coz you get whipped around and the back feels it's going "faster" than the rest of the roller coaster. The front is my VERY favorite. I love the wind hitting my face, seeing the hills and valleys and turns face on, and it's just one h*ll of a ride in the front. :-)

Im for the front all the way. In the front you can forget your in an amusment park on a two minute ride, its just you and the ride.I dont recomend the middle unless you tend to be a boring person. The backs ok, it deffinetly goes by faster but you dont get the opertunity to look at the hill before you you go down it . Why do you think the front always has the longest line?

I usually sit in the middle because it's less scary. In the front you'll have a better view, and the train starts speeding up exactly when you start going downhill. If you sit in the back, you can't see as much, but you'll fly out of your seat more on steep downhills, and the coaster starts moving faster while your part of the train is still pointed uphill.

well personally i'd sit in the front and if the front two rows are taken i'd take the back of the roller coaster! but really it's up to you to choose the front or the back of the roller coaster.

I prefer the middle. You still get a thrill when you wave your hands up and down. But the preference is up to you. Do you like roller coasters that are straight and have loops? Do you like ones that have loop-de-loops? What about those that go backwards or flip over like the Batman ride in Six Flags? It's up to you.

front...you get to see as your going up and going down...thats the whole point of riding the roller coaster..the thrill, the excitement, being nervous standing in line, thats why the line to the front seat takes forever..everybody wants the front

I always like to ride in the very front first, then the 2nd time at the very back. Totally different ride in each position. Best ride so far was the Cyclone at Coney Island. Yahoooooooooooooo

The front is great for the view, but if you ride in the back there is extra velocity so you go super fast, and it's pretty exciting because you can't see where you're going. The middle is lame!

Definitely the front. The back is a good second option but nothing like the front. The middle is just stupid.

i personally think the back is much better (although i love the front) it it feels as if the ride is going faster when ur in the back because you get the full effect of the pull. but sitting in the front is also quite exhilarating for obvious reasons.
