While we're all on Google Earth, here's another interesting pointer I have, for your amusement.

Zoom in to about 700 feet and you have a clear pic of a crop circle. :>

I have. I believe it is quite an old Photograph. Area 51 does exist. My wife knew someone that worked there, though they tried to deny it.
Yeah some runways. A few planes (look commercial), and some buildings. Not much. There may be alot underground. Who knows. I have heard they actually do tours their where they show you limited areas. I'm really not sure.
The real "secret" places of course are those places the general public does not know about.

Here's a better question; why hasn't anyone looked for Area 52? Seriously, with all of the rumors flying around Area 51, can you imagine what kind of crazy crap is going on in 52, which no one has even heard of??? :D *lol*

I have been out to that area, I was there before they bought up all the land so I could get a real good view and never saw anything to make my think there were UFOs out there. I believe in them I just don't think they are out there. And think about who controls the satellites do you think they would really let you see anything.

No, but years ago my dad wrote to the government and got maps of the area. LOL Seriously. He called and requested them and they sent the blueprints out to him. He has since given them to me uncle (who I believe lost them), but he had them once.
And this was at the height of their refusal to admit that Area 51 even existed (back in the 50s or 60s).

Yea, I have. It just looks like a blur and a few dark areas and lines for buildings and roads.

I see an airport, runways, lots of buildings, cars, helicopters, planes, etc...
Its just like an air force base in the middle of nevada's desert mountains.

You won't see anything so it's not worth the bother. Anything worth seeing is kept inside during the day.

You can't see the actual top of the White House, either. It's called 'censorship'.
