sometimes you have to let them cry it wont hurt them but if your like me then after about 5 minutes i have to go see to them. Its fine to take the bouncer in the bathroom with you, u never know while your in the shgower your little one might drop off to sleep listening to the sound of the running water!!!!

how old is your baby? this is normal for babies. is your baby a colic (sp?) baby? if so it will be like this for a little while. try these things:
1) push the baby in the stroller
2) sing and rock the baby. make sounds like lalala ohohoh chchch shshsh etc. also, standing while rocking the baby sometimes works better than sitting.
3) put the baby in the bouncer while your in the shower
4) get a noise machine, and turn it on white noise.
5) put the baby in the swing
if all else fails, let the baby cry! it won't hurt! but once you decide to do that, DO NOT go back in the room!! no matter how long it takes for the baby to stop crying! also, NEVER get in the habit of taking the baby to sleep w/ you in the bed! BAD idea!! good luck! and i hope i helped!

If he is not mobile, you can put him in his bouncer in the bathroom. Just keep a little bit of an eye on him. I used to put my son in his infant carrier by the door to the shower while I showered. It was the only way I could get a shower. Your son will be fine.

He might go to sleep in his bouncer from the noise of the shower. Get cleaned up and you will feel better and more calm and in turn your baby will also.

make sure the baby has burped, & is full. try walking around with the baby on your shoulder. If that does not work give the baby a bath & a massage. If all that fails there is nothing wrong with letting the baby cry his/her self to sleep. As long as you check on the baby every few minutes. Good Luck!! & remember it happen to all moms!!!

When my son was little and I needed to shower, I would put him in his swing, and take him in the bathroom with me and while i was in the shower, I would sing or pretend to be reading a book. I seemed to work most of the time.
also, if you get out and hes still crying, try to swaddle him.

he's overtired at this element, and you're under pressure - he will sense that and stay unsleeping. listed under are some issues to objective... a million) provide him a heat bathtub, and swaddle him afterwards. 2) walk around the domicile with him making a SH SH SH sound returned and returned. 3) upload some white noise into the equation - a fan, one in all those 'womb sounds' bears, soft classical music. be helpful he's have been given an entire tummy besides, because of the fact if he's hungry, he will stay unsleeping. additionally, that's no longer suggestion, greater commentary... my son won't sleep on his back. I went with the aid of 2 sleepless weeks until eventually i got here upon that. i'm no longer recommending tummy sound asleep - all of us be conscious of it poses risks of SIDS. i'm basically letting you be conscious of what I even have stated in my son's case (he additionally has reflux, and that's greater mushy for reflux babies to sleep on their tummies). i'm hoping a number of those techniques artwork...solid success!

try burping him. Hold him upright facing into you and lightly pat his back or bum with your open hand till he burps. It would help to know his age coz he may be teething (usually happens when a few months old but can happen at 6 or 7 weeks, is he formula or breast fed? I don't believe in letting babies cry too long.

I used to do that all the time. Your baby can go where ever you go. Try running the vacumn they seem to like that noise and it does put them to sleep. You could also try and put the baby on top of the washing machine (supervised of course) that motion hepls to relax them and put them to sleep.
