Every time I play soccer I end up re-injuring my knee and so I don't get to play most of the time should I give it one last shot or should I just not play this year? or do you have any advice for my problem like are there any excercizes that could help my knee?

Let it heal. Don't blow your knee for life to play a couple games. Try rehab. I couldn't help you stretch.

if you keep playing, especially with an injured knee (or one prone to injury), youre never going to be able to be at the top of your game and you'll never be able to improve. if i were you, i would take it easy this year...let your knee completely heal. spend the year lifting and toning your legs to strengthen your muscles but let your knee get healthy! that way, next year, you can play again, your legs will be strong and fit and you wont have to worry about hurting your knee!! and with a healthy strong knee, you'll play better than ever!

if you keep playing with a hurt knee, you may also damage it to the point where you might need surgery and may never play again.
