I read somewhere that man can get some kind of an infection, which forms a sore in their anus if they had hard sex. And once it forms that its pretty much imposible to cure it and that its very painfull before and when it bursts. Now does this happens to women as well when tehy have anal sex? This is a serious question and I need serious answers. Please be respectfull.

I am 24 and I occasionally have anal sex with my bf. I am serious. I actually read this in Men's health section and that is why I am asking.

Repeated anal intercourse can create tears in the wall of the rectum and lower bowel. These tears can become infected and cystic and are difficult to treat because of their location. Using adequate lubrication when participating in anal intercourse should prevent this problem.

Sounds like a herpes infection. It's the same virus that is responsible for causing cold sores on the mouth only it's on the genitals. The sores can be anywhere on the genitals, backs of the legs thighs and butt. This is the same for women, only women also get them internally as well. The sores are highly contagious and you should avoid sex with a partner that has active symptoms. It is possible to spread herpes to a partner even when no symptoms are present. To be sure, you and your partner should have a blood test for STD's. You actually have to ask specifically for a herpes test because it isn't part of the routine STD screening. Herpes can also be spread to any part of the body that has open skin like a cut but especially vulnerable are the eyes. Herpes in the eyes can cause blindness. Oh, and the sore doesn't have anything to do with the "hardness" of the sex either. It's viral and can occur with any kind of sexual contact. ie. vaginal sex, oral sex, touching after an infected partner has contact with a sore.

I'd have to know the name of the infection that your refering to in order to know for sure. If it's the one I'm thinking of then no it doesn't affect women. There are many sexually transmitted diseases and infections so it's important to use protection when having sex. Anal sex can tear some tissues so make sure that you use enough lubrication.

There is only one way to know for sure.
Have hard anal sex, and see what happens.

Anal sex is much more delicate, and you two need to be more careful and experienced with it. It's easier to get hurt with anal sex. However, I haven't heard of sth incurable.

dam it.... sex is a natural thing to do and will not cause disease.... unless one of the sexual partners already has a disease which may be transfered through intercourse.
