Yes, it can happen.
Best treatment for males is an anti-fungal like Diflucan that will remove the fungus from his urinary tract and a good scrub down of the genitalia/perianal area. In addition use a condom or other barrier (female condom) during treatment and a couple of days after to allow time for the fungus to be killed completely.
The same doctor that treats you can write a prescription for something that will treat both of you, just ask.

Yes, the guy can get it and give it back during intercourse. The guy needs to go to the dr. for medication.

even if you are treated for it both parties have to be treated or they keep giving it back to each other. the guys should see their dr to put them on the cure for it and you should be fine if not dont have sexs until they are treated for you will only get it again.

it does not affect guys because their member is out in the open, it only effects us becuase it stays wet and has a place to breed
