It's very difficult because of confidentiality documents and national security. Once in the CIA, its considered a life career. You really don't retire in the traditional way; and most employees never admit working for the establishment.

A lawsuit would be a public record. CIA employees have the right to sue the agency if they have exhausted all administrative measures.
