I have a pet rabbit, he's never bitten me, even once. The rabbit I had was I was little never bit me, either. I had a pet rat once, and as far as I can remember he never bit anyone. My family used to breed guinea pigs when I was little, and as far as I know, none of them ever bit anyone (with the exception of while being given medication, which I think is forgivable). I've never had a ferret, so I don't know about them.
However, it really depends on the individual animal. There are plenty of rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, and ferrets out there that do bite, and plenty that don't. Try to find one that seems gentle at the pet store or the breeder or wherever. Animals will tend to be gentler if you treat them well, but there are no guarantees - sometimes you'll just get a vicious animal.

It truly does depend on many things- the species, the individual personality of the animal, and how it has/hasn't been handled in the past.
Guinea Pigs and Rabbits are very unlikely to bite unless you handle them too roughly, move them too quickly, etc. If you stick with slow, gentle movements then these animals are quite friendly, although they can be very skittish at first. If you get a young guinea pig or rabbit, or one from a breeder or a shelter animal that used to be a pet, you should be fine. Unless they've been abused or they are grown adults that've never had human socialization, they shouldn't bite. I used to have a rabbit, and my sisters have guinea pigs.
Ferrets are naturally nippy, especially when they are young. I had one for about a month but had to return him because he was too aggressive right off the bat. I couldn't figure out why- he liked everyone but me. His bahaviour just got worse the longer I had him (and I'm good with animals, it was devestating). Not all of them are like this though, I think I just got one that was particularly choosy or aggressive.
I have more experience with rats and mice than I probably do with any other animal. I have NEVER been bitten or even nipped by either of these animals. I currently have two rats and twelve mice. I also breed mice and have had several other rats in the past. Even unsocialized rats are unlikely to bite unless they've been mistreated, and mice would rather run away than bite you. One of my rats likes to grab treats instead of take them gently, but as long as you notice this you can compinsate by offering treats that give your fingers more space- like baby carrots.
I also work at a pet store and have found that out of all the animals, the only ones I hate working with are the dwarf hamsters and a couple of the birds. All animals can bite, so always be careful, but I'd say that most of the time, the animals you have listed aren't prone to causing injury.
Please excuse any erros, Spell Check isn't working for me.

No they do not unless handled incorrectly. Ferrets and rats are quicker by nature so might be faster to bite but I have had all as pets and never gotten bit. I have noticed in pet stores that ferets tend to bite/nibble as part of exploring so that tendency could easily be made into a problem.

Guinea pigs don't, unless you hurt them, the way their teeth grow it is very physically difficult for them to bite. They curve inward, no outward so you pretty much have to stick your finger right in their mouth. But if you don't hurt them, they never bite, guinea pigs are very sweet animals.
-Rats depending on how nice of an animal it is does bite.
-Rabbits not so much.

Depends how they were brought up. New animals have to get used to you, if they are annoyed or accidentialy/purposely hurt then they will bite.
