I suggest going to your doctor, explain how you feel, and get blood tests. A lot of levels that may be off in your body can make you very sleepy. Like being anemic.
But I woudn't worry. Sometimes being sleepy is just your body saying it needs a change.
If you haven’t changed your diet, exercise, sleep, stress, medications, etc… I think that a blood test would be the first step.
Good luck!

Only a doctor would know for sure. Have a complete medical check-up to rule out any underlying diseases. If everything checks out ok, then you probably just need more rest. It's more important than you think to get a check-up. Tiredness is often a symptom of many different ailments. That's the best advice I can give you. Good luck -- I hope everything is okay with you.

This may sound silly, but are you getting enough sleep?
Also have you had any extra stress in your life? Stress and anxiety can really drain your energy.
Also, you may have some type of vitamin deficiency so go to your doctor and get a check up. Your doctor will probably need to do some basic bloodwork to make sure that everything is normal.

Have you tried keeping a diary of the foods and activities that you are doing for next 3-4 days? Are you trying to lose weight or anything like that?

Sounds like a sign of pregnancy. I'd go take or test. Or maybe your suffering from depression...
