If you mean the 4/600 (I've never heard of a 3/600) then NO.
The printer only has a LocalTalk connector (thats an old Apple type connector). If you have a Mac you can connect the printer to the Mac, then share it using LocalTalk bridge and print to it that way from other Macs and PC's on your network.

No clue, but you can research this for yourself.

Go to the apple website, and look up the support pages for your printer. If there is a driver for PC available, you have your answer.

In addition, you should be aware that a PC probably won't have the same kind of connection that your printer used. (What does it have, SCSI?) Most PCs don't have SCSI cards, so if it is possible to get the driver, you might still have to buy a new card for your computer to hook up the old printer to.

Sounds like a lot of work. Maybe you should just get a cheap inkjet.
