This is not done in shops any more. Not all are rebuild-able. Some of the older pumps had replaceable diaphragm. It is far more cheaper to purchase a rebuilt from a parts store. If it is one that can not be obtained any other way then it can be done within two hours. Depending on experience levels. The more experience the faster it can be done.

It would be easier and cheaper to replace it with labor at $65+ per hour.
