I've got a small toolbox..misc. tools, bungie cords, flashlight, flares, some collapsible reflector triangles under the seat,
a spider web cargo net cause I do a lot of haulin' from my truck!
Gobs of C.D's., kleenex, bottles of water, blanket, jacket, collapsible water jug
a note from my sweetie...and a spit cup with a smiley face on it cause I LOVE sunflower seeds!

My filing cabinet. I have many idle moments in the car, so I spend them doing any paperwork related to taxes, tallying of receipts, etc. So when the tax deadline comes around there's no stress! Too bad cars didn't come with an option for a built-in cabinet. That and a karaoke machine!

Hiking boots for one, since I'm on back roads alot with not many cars on em... and usually have heels on.. no good for walking if I ever needed to.. have to have tons of CD's .. a blanket.. and no tools, that's what guys driving by who are gonna stop and help are supposed to have :P

lets see, tools, jumper cables, hose repair tape, ductape, coveralls, some spare oil, spare tranny fluid, water, oil pan, jack, extra vacuum hose, carb caps, carb primer, spare electrical wires, you name it! but then again i drive an old '75 plymouth duster, so i may have the need for that stuff.
