i have six people in my family and we are all with nextel but the bill is too high.

Do you have the plan that includes long distance? I ran into that problem. Check that issue first. Also, does your plan include free Internet and text messaging, cause if it doesn't, you are paying extra for that too. If you cant get anywhere with Customer Service, and you never can, I suggest calling Nextel Corporate Office in VA. They were very helpful to me. If not, switch to Boost Premium Plan, which is what I have now. It's the same service, just no contract or huge bills and you get free Internet, free nights and weekends, unlimited 2 way, 300 anytime minutes which roll over every month, unlimited texting... and its 49.99 a month no huge taxes or questions asked. They only ask that have a valid credit card, which they also offer - its a prepaid credit card if you cant get one for credit issues. But I am sure if you have a Nextel plan, then credit is not an issue. Good luck hun. Message me if you want the Corp. #.

The problem is you having Nextel service. Change service and sign up for a promotion plan with the new service provider.

Thats customer service for sprint. My hubby works there. You need to work out minute options and plans that might work better for you. Good luck!

switch to T-Mobile its cheaper they have KIDSTALK plan to! its only 20bucks a month for your kids under 12 it gives them enough minutes
