If you're trying to get pregnant, it might be possible that he's feeling a lot of pressure to make sure it happens. (That might account for the "accident" you mentioned.) If he's not ok with having an honest conversation about it - not just the early ejaculation, but the whole issue - then I would suggest maybe stopping trying to get pregnant, just for a short time, to let things sort themselves out again. Maybe sex has become about so much more than your love for eachother, it's just not what it used to be. Don't forget to remind him how much you love him, too. Early ejaculation can be tough on a man's self-image.

Pressure will cause him to have more problems, try stepping back a bit, he'll come around when he is ready. He may be afraid also, a child is a big responsibility.
