What does it mean when you are with your first love and he still can't express himself? Does it mean he doens't love you? Or he's still not sure on love?

it means he isn't too sure about things....he isn't too sure about love in general as well as his feelings....ask him about his feelings.....let him know how you feel and that you care about him....maybe he just isn't good at expressing himself

It means he might be too young to know what he's feeling. And even if he does know what he's feeling, he may still have trouble expressing himself.
Chalk it up to being male. They aren't so good at the mushy love stuff. If you want to be with him. Be patient. Just love him. If he loves you back . You'll know it. You'll feel it. The whole first love thing is very confusing. Because you have no experience it's equally exciting, terrifying, perfect and disastrous.
No one can really explain what's between the two of you but you and him. I first fell in love over 10 years ago and I go back from time to time and analyze that relationship. I still haven't quite figured everything out yet. It's a real-life Rubik's cube. Good Luck.

It probably just means he is unable to express himself verbally or emotionally. You didn't say how old you both are, but is is a hard thing to do. Give him a break.

ok i read in cosmo that he does love you but its still new to him, so just give him time to express himself. Its a good thing that he is keeping things in. just give him time.

..I think, He cares for you so much that he regrets to express his feelings because,...he is afraid that you would answer NO!! to him if he does. I think it would be better if you make the first step
