depends on how old she is... if she is under 18 than its aginst the law and no i do not recomend taking pictures.. if she is over 18 than its still aginst the law cause it can be called invasion of privacy. and stuff so dont do it unless u want to end up in jail

if she is over 18, then go and ask her permission. If she says yes then go for it.
But if she says no, or is under 18 then it is inappropriate even if she is in plain view. Respect her privacy
