if it is i want to know where i could go to like, learn to draw scenery and other things.. im not talking about the cheesy cartoon art.. but like, just REAL sketches and things...

They mostly have tips on art work... You can probably make do with just that since there is so much infomation on the internet today. But like all artists say, you have to develop your own way or drawing, painting, etc.

I took art online in college a few semesters ago, but we did not draw much of anything. Our class studied the artwork of other people. Our book showed some of the pieces but we also had a disk that came with the book. We were required to visit an art gallery and make one project (anything we wanted). Our tests were mostly recognizing the art and knowing alittle about the artists. The class was very easy.

i dont recommend art classes online cause they teach you things you need to know

but taking art class hands on, you get other skills and better ones too

i took art classes without the cheesy internet and I am drawing well if I say so myself

You can register for courses online - there are lots of legitimate coorespondance courses - both for highschool and college credit. google art coorespondance in your area.
you will have to coorespond though - that means completing a project and mailing it in for evaluation.

yes there are online and correspondence courses offered, not sure which institution though. I've seen things on TV.
